I transferred funds to my Endowus account, when will the cash deposit appear in my account? (SG)

Your deposit should appear in your Endowus account within 1 business day if no further verification is needed. Common reasons for further verification include PayNow transfers that are missing your unique Virtual Account Number in the reference code field, transfers from a joint bank account or transfers from a non-Singapore bank account.

Please also note that deposits made over the weekend may take longer to reflect. You can expect the funds to appear by the next business day.

When your deposit appears in your Endowus account, we will send you an email notification. You will also be able to see the deposit transaction on the Activities tab on Mobile, or Activity & Balances page on the web.

If you do not see your deposit appear after 1 business day, please contact support@endowus.com with the following information for assistance:

1. Name(s) of bank account holder(s)
2. Amount transferred
3. Name of bank
4. Screenshot of the deposit transaction receipt
