Lion Global Investors Limited has introduced a new share class (SGD Class C) of the Lion Global Infinity US 500 Stock Index Fund (the "Fund") for CPFIS investments. The new SGD Class C share class lowers the overall cost of investing in the Fund, as there are no trailer fees.
The allocation to the SGD Class A share class of the Fund in any affected goals was automatically switched to the SGD Class C share class of the Fund on 2 May.

What happened?
On 2 May, we performed a same-day switch from the Class A share class to the Class C share class. As of 8 May, the switch trade has completed. Clients may perform investments, redemptions, and goal modifications accordingly.
On your Activity & Balances page, you can expect to see:
- A "Redemption" transaction for your existing Class A holdings.
- An "Investment" transaction for the equivalent Class C shares.
You may have received transactional emails as the switch was being processed.
Please be assured that no money was taken from your account and there were no additional charges for the switch.
While the dates displayed may differ, the switch was made on 2 May, and you will not have spent any time out of the market.
