Most cash deposits should appear in your Endowus account within 1 business day. If you do not see your deposit appear after 1 business day, please contact support@endowus.com with the following information for assistance:

  1. Name(s) of bank account holder(s)
  2. Amount transferred
  3. Name of bank
  4. Screenshot of the deposit transaction receipt
