What is the auto-forwarding of monthly statements feature?
Auto-forwarding enables you to automatically send your monthly trading and account activity statements from Endowus to your employer or any other required parties. You may set up to 3 email addresses to receive these statements.
How can I set up auto-forwarding for my monthly statements?
- Log in to your Endowus account > select the human icon at the top right-hand corner.
- Select Account > select Monthly statements.
- Click on the Auto-forward statements tab.
- Select Add email address, then enter the email address you would like your statements to be sent to in the 'Email address' field.
- After adding the email addresses, ensure you click Continue, Confirm, and Verify the information via OTP to complete the set-up.
If you would like to add more email addresses, select Add another email address and repeat the process.
Are my monthly statements secure when auto-forwarding?
For added security, your monthly statements are password-protected. You can refer to your password in Account > Monthly statements > Auto-forward.
Can I remove or change the email addresses for auto-forwarding later?
Yes, you can edit the list of auto-forwarding email addresses at any time by going back to the Auto-forward statements tab in your account, and either adding new addresses or removing existing ones.
What should I do if the auto-forwarding does not work?
If your statements are not being forwarded as expected, please ensure the email addresses are entered correctly. If the problem persists, please let us know by submitting a support request.
