How do I cancel investments?
You may cancel your cash, CPF or SRS investments before they are submitted to our broker by clicking the ‘Cancel’ button on the Activity & Balances page.
If the investment order has been submitted to our broker for execution, the transaction can no longer be cancelled, and you will no longer see the ‘Cancel’ button. You will be notified of the status of your cancellation request via email. If your cancellation is unsuccessful, it will proceed as scheduled.
What happens if your cancellation is successful
For Cash investments
- From cash balance
- Your funds will be returned to your cash balance
- From linked bank account
- If the funds have not been debited from your bank account, your funds will remain in your bank account
- If the funds have been debited from your bank account, your funds will be credited to your cash balance
For CPF/ SRS investments
- Your funds will remain in your CPF or SRS account respectively

You may cancel your cash, CPF or SRS redemptions before they are submitted to our broker by clicking the ‘Cancel’ button on the Activity & Balances page.
If the redemption order has been submitted to our broker for execution, the transaction can no longer be cancelled, and you will no longer see the ‘Cancel’ button. You will be notified of the status of your cancellation request via email. If your cancellation is unsuccessful, the redemption will proceed as scheduled.
How do I cancel intergoal transfers?
You may cancel your cash, CPF or SRS intergoal transfers before the redemption order is submitted to our broker by clicking the ‘Cancel’ button on the Activity & Balances page.
If the redemption order has been submitted to our broker for execution, the transaction can no longer be cancelled, and you will no longer see the ‘Cancel’ button. You will be notified of the status of your cancellation request via email. If your cancellation is unsuccessful, it will proceed as scheduled.
