What are the Endowus Fees for Private Markets and Hedge Funds? (SG)

The Endowus Fee structure below only applies to Private Markets & Hedge Fund investments (available only to Accredited Investors). 

 

Private Markets & Hedge Funds Endowus Fee Schedule

The pricing schedule above excludes Quantedge Global Fund, as the fees for this fund are directly offset against the Cashback received from the Fund Manager.

When will I be charged the Private Markets & Hedge Funds Endowus Fee?

The Private Markets & Hedge Funds Endowus Fee will be charged every quarter.

Closer to each fee debit date, you will receive an email with an estimated total Private Markets & Hedge Funds Endowus Fee to be charged for the quarter.

The Fee estimate is inclusive of GST and does not account for any Endowus Fee Credits or discounts that may be available to you. Any existing Endowus Fee Credits or discounts, regardless of currency, will be used to offset this Fee. You can view these in your 'Rewards' tab.

How is the Private Markets & Hedge Funds Endowus Fee charged?

For USD Cash investments, kindly note that the Fee will be charged in the following order:

1. If you have available Endowus Fee credits, we will first deduct the fee amount from your Endowus Fee credits. 
    
2. The Fee will then be deducted from the uninvested USD cash balance in your Endowus account. You may deposit USD by:
   • Web: Click here, or Log in on a web browser > Invest | Redeem | Transfer > Deposit Cash > Select "USD"
   • Mobile: Log in to the Endowus mobile app > Transfers > Deposit Cash > Select "USD"
      
3. Should there be insufficient cash in your uninvested USD cash balance to pay the Fee, a daily sweep of your uninvested SGD and USD cash balances will be initiated to cover the outstanding Fee in USD. This process will begin the day after the fee charge date.
   • If the combined available amounts in both your SGD and USD cash balances are sufficient to cover the Fee, the required SGD amount will be automatically converted to USD at HSBC's prevailing exchange rate to cover the Fee. Please note that Endowus does not earn a spread on this currency conversion. 
   • If you prefer not to use your SGD cash balance for the Fee, please ensure that there are sufficient funds in your USD cash balance to cover the Fee.
   • Should your combined SGD and USD cash balances be insufficient, the Fee will remain ‘Pending’ until there is sufficient cash balance to cover it.

For Private Markets & Hedge Funds investments, we are not able to redeem units to cover the Endowus Private Markets & Hedge Funds Fees as these are semi-liquid in nature.
