Updating of personal information

For updating personal information including:

  • Name
  • NRIC/Passport number
  • Nationality
  • Residency Type
  • Date of Birth
  • Gender
  • Country of Birth

Singaporean/PR

We will require you to submit a copy of both the front and back of your NRIC to support@endowus.com

International

We will require you to submit a copy of your registered passport with us to support@endowus.com

Updating residential / mailing address

Singaporean/PR or International

If you would like to change your residential / mailing address, please reach out to support@endowus.com with a copy of your physical NRIC.

Your residential address is your official address registered with the government and your mailing address is the address for receiving your mail.

Updating Accredited Investor declaration / status

There are instances in which there could have been a material change to your Accredited Investor status and Endowus may request proof of documentation to continue servicing your account as an Accredited Investor.

To ensure your Accredited Investor status and the declaration is maintained, you may submit the following documents to support@endowus.com:

For proof of liquid financial assets:

  • Bank statements that show your financial assets (dated within three months)
  • Statement of holdings from CDP/brokerage firms

That is dated within the last 3 months.

For proof of income:

  • Payslip showing either: 
    • 12 months' pay, or
    • Year-to-date salary that amounts to not less than S$300,000 (or its equivalent in a foreign currency)
  • Most recent income tax notice assessment / IR8A form
  • Letter of employment stating position and income

Should you wish to opt-in as an Accredited Investor, please follow the link here. If you wish to opt-out as an Accredited Investor, please contact support@endowus.com to update your status.

Updating other account information

The following information can be updated by contacting support@endowus.com with the verified email account tied to your Endowus account. No supporting documents will be required. However, our client operations team may reach out for further details and verification.

  • Annual income range declared
  • Net worth declared
  • Employment details
  • Country of tax residency
  • TIN
  • PEP declaration
  • Mobile number
