- Log in to your Endowus account via the mobile app.

Updating residential / mailing address
Via the Endowus mobile app
You may update your residential or mailing address via the Endowus mobile app.
- Log in to your Endowus account via the mobile app.
- Go to "More" > "Account" > your profile > Edit Profile.
- You may then update your information by retrieving MyInfo via Singpass, or inputting the information manually.

* Note: Your residential address is your official address registered with the government, and your mailing address is the address for receiving your mail.
Updating Accredited Investor status
There are instances in which there could have been a material change to your Accredited Investor (AI) status and Endowus may request proof of documentation to continue servicing your account as an AI.
You may ensure that your AI status and the declaration are maintained through any of the ways below.
Via the Endowus mobile app
- If you signed up with Endowus via SingPass and your 2024/2025 Notice of Assessment from IRAS shows an annual income above S$300,000, you may automatically qualify as an AI.
- Download the Endowus app (opt-in feature is available on app version 3.7.6 and above).
- Click on the Accredited Investor banner on your dashboard, or go to “Account” and select the Accredited Investor tab.
- Tap the “Opt in Instantly” button.

For proof of liquid financial assets
- Bank statements that show your financial assets (dated within last 3 months)
- Statement of holdings from CDP/brokerage firms (dated within last 3 months)

- Payslip showing either:
- 12 months' pay, or
- Year-to-date salary that amounts to not less than S$300,000 (or its equivalent in a foreign currency)
- Most recent income tax notice assessment / IR8A form
- Letter of employment stating position and income
