Yes, you may open an account with Endowus even if you're not a Singaporean or Permanent Resident (PR). Please sign up for an Endowus account at https://endowus.com/app/create-account.

You will need to provide us with your passport and address proof (bank statement, utility bill, or government-issued document) dated within 3 months.
